WHITE HORSE MOTORS WILL BE RE-OPENING THE DEALERSHIP ON AN APPOINTMENT BASIS ONLY FROM 2ND JUNE 2020

The Health, Safety and Wellbeing of our Staff, Customers, Suppliers and their Families will always be our highest priority. Following on from the latest Government Announcement regarding the COVID-19 Pandemic we have implemented, Online Purchasing as well as Safety and Social Distancing Measures. Having these measures in place will allow us to re-open the Dealership and keep all of our Staff and Customers safe. We will be operating on an appointment basis only for the time being in the Sales and Service Department. Our Parts Department will be open for Phone/Online orders only until further notice.

WE CONFIRM WE HAVE COMPLIED WITH THE GOVERNMENT’S GUIDANCE ON MANAGING THE RISK OF COVID-19

  • We have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment and shared the results with the people who work at the Business
  • We have cleaning, handwashing, hand sanitiser and hygiene procedures in line with the guidance
  • We have taken all reasonable steps to help people work from home
  • We have taken all reasonable steps to maintain a 2m distance in the workplace
  • Where people cannot be 2m apart in the workplace, we have done everything practical to manage the transmission risk

SAFETY MEASURES THAT HAVE BEEN IMPLEMENTED AT WHITE HORSE MOTORS

  • Safe distancing measures are in place, please follow the signage around the Dealership
  • All Stock Vehicles in the Showroom and on the Forecourt will be locked
  • Sneeze/Cough Screens have been fitted to all of our customer interacting Work Stations
  • We have taken all reasonable steps in the workplace to maintain a 2m distance, where people cannot be 2m apart we have done everything practical to manage the transmission risk
  • All touch points and surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected on a strict rotor
  • All Staff and Customers are required to sanitise their hands upon entry
  • All vehicles will go through a thorough Sanitisation process before and after every Test Drive and Viewing Appointment
  • Disposable Safety Products are available including, Gloves, Masks and Vehicle Protection Covers
  • The Parts Department is only open for Phone or Online orders, Collection and Drop Off Points have been added and are located outside the Parts Department
  • Service & MOT Booking documents can now be signed for Electronically where possible and every vehicle booked into the Service Department will receive a thorough Sanitisation Treatment
  • Contactless Payment is available where possible
  • Staff Temperatures are taken on a daily basis
