PEOPLE WHO CHOOSE TO DRIVE AN ISUZU PICK-UP WANT TO DO JUST THAT – DRIVE.
Having chosen a professional vehicle, they expect the after-sales service their vehicle receives to allow them to stay on the move to be equally professional, which is where our Isuzu Advanced After-Sales Apprenticeship Programme comes in – and possibly where you do too.
In the Programme, we train you to become a highly skilled and valued member of our team.
You’ll acquire knowledge that keeps you on top of the constantly changing demands of the after-sales market – new models, new methods, new tools and new components.
You can choose to become a Service Technician and get hands-on with all aspects of the maintenance and repair of Isuzu pick-ups or you can opt for the Parts Advisor course that combines IT skills, technical knowledge, generic people and specific customer service skills.
BOTH GIVE YOU THE OPPORTUNITY TO GAIN NATIONALLY RECOGNISED QUALIFICATIONS THAT INCLUDE:
- NVQ Level 2 and Level 3
- Key and Core Skills certification
- IMI technical certification
Depending on your choice, your apprenticeship lasts two or three years.
You’ll be paid as a full-time Isuzu employee during this period and will be based here at White Horse Motors.
Only a few applicants get taken on, but if you’re interested in working in the customer service side of a fast-moving and growing industry and you have the ambition to excel, the rewards go far beyond an amount of money on a payslip.
