Following the recent Government announcement, we will be closing our Showroom from Thursday 5th November until Wednesday 2nd December.
We will remain open, by appointment only, however, there are a few changes we have implemented to allow us to continue operating and allow our staff and customers to remain as safe as possible.

Please be rest assured that our strict COVID-19 policy will continue to be in place throughout each department. We want to ensure you feel as safe as possible, so if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

SALES DEPARTMENT

Although our physical showroom will be closed, we are offering customers our new “Click & Collect” Sales process!
This will allow customers to still purchase their new vehicle from the comfort of their own home, before coming to collect their new vehicle and driving away!

Vehicles can be reserved online via our website www.whitehorsemotors.co.uk with a deposit and collected from our site at a pre-arranged appointment time. We are also offering live video viewings to enable you to view the vehicle as close to real life as possible, and ask our sales team any questions you may have!

Online: Simply choose the vehicle you are interested in and select “Enquire Now”. Complete the form and we will contact you.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT

Our Service Department is now open on an Appointment Basis only until further notice. Upon arrival please leave your keys in the secure safe key dropbox. Our Service Manager will be expecting you and will be waiting for you to arrive. Please ensure your Locking Wheel Nut, Logbook and any Vehicle Paperwork is placed on the Passenger Seat of your vehicle and that there are no personal possessions that are obstructing access to these items. Every vehicle booked into the Service Department will receive a Sanitisation Treatment upon arrival and prior to collection. A Vehicle Protection Kit will be used at all times whilst your vehicle is in our workshop. Service Videos of your Vehicle will be sent to you via email showing you clearly the work that has been carried out whilst your vehicle has been in our Workshop, any further communications will be made via Phone or Email. Service Documents and Invoices can now be signed for Electronically where possible. Payment will need to be made in advance to collecting your vehicle.
