We have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment and shared the results with the people who work at the Business
We have cleaning, handwashing, hand sanitiser and hygiene procedures in line with the guidance
We have taken all reasonable steps to help people work from home
We have taken all reasonable steps to maintain a 2m distance in the workplace
Where people cannot be 2m apart in the workplace, we have done everything practical to manage the transmission risk
Our Showroom and Forecourt is now open on an Appointment Basis only until further notice. Safety & Social Distancing Measures inline with guidance have also been implemented. All of the Stock Vehicles in the Showroom and on the Forecourt will be locked and only made available to look around by appointment. Sneeze/Cough Screens have been fitted to all of our customer interacting Work Stations to protect our Staff and Customers. All touchpoints and surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected on a strict rotor. All Staff and Customers are required to sanitise their hands upon entry. All vehicles will go through a thorough Sanitisation process before and after every Test Drive and Viewing Appointment.

Our Service Department is now open on an Appointment Basis only until further notice. Upon arrival please leave your keys in the secure safe key dropbox. Our Service Manager will be expecting you and will be waiting for you to arrive. Please ensure your Locking Wheel Nut, Logbook and any Vehicle Paperwork is placed on the Passenger Seat of your vehicle and that there are no personal possessions that are obstructing access to these items. Every vehicle booked into the Service Department will receive a Sanitisation Treatment upon arrival and prior to collection. A Vehicle Protection Kit will be used at all times whilst your vehicle is in our workshop. Service Videos of your Vehicle will be sent to you via email showing you clearly the work that has been carried out whilst your vehicle has been in our Workshop, any further communications will be made via Phone or Email. Service Documents and Invoices can now be signed for Electronically where possible. Payment will need to be made in advance to collecting your vehicle.
Our Parts Department is now open for Phone or Online orders only until further notice. The Parts Reception will remain closed for the safety of our Staff, Customers and Suppliers. Collection and Drop Off Points have been installed and are located outside the Parts Department. Payment for Collections will need to be made in advance. Any Signatures that are required for Deliveries will be signed for electronically.
